# Dashboard

> Use the dashboard to scan site health, pinned sites, notifications, and on-demand check shortcuts

The dashboard is your team's health at a glance - recent check results, anything that needs attention, your pinned sites, and shortcuts to common actions, all on one page.

## Health overview

The cards at the top give you the quick read on how your team is doing:

* **Total sites monitored**
* **Uptime this month**
* **Checks run today**
* **Open issues**

Glance at these before diving into individual sites - if open issues are at zero and your pinned sites show a positive [pulse](/guide/sites#pulse-indicator), you're done.

## Attention sections

When something's wrong, the dashboard groups the affected sites so you can jump straight to what's broken:

| Section             | Meaning                                                             |
| ------------------- | ------------------------------------------------------------------- |
| **Down sites**      | Latest status check says the site is unavailable                    |
| **SSL issues**      | Latest SSL check reports an invalid or risky certificate            |
| **DNS issues**      | Latest DNS check reports a hard failure or expected-record mismatch |
| **Broken links**    | Latest broken-link check found failing URLs                         |
| **Low performance** | Latest performance check breaches configured thresholds             |

## Pinned sites

Pin your most important sites - production, key clients, a launch you're watching - and they get their own spot on the dashboard with uptime context, so you never have to go searching for them. Pinned sites also appear in the sidebar with a [pulse indicator](/guide/sites#pulse-indicator) that reflects their latest Status, SSL, Broken Links, and Performance results.

Pin or unpin from the [Sites](/guide/sites#pinning) list or from an individual site.

## Quick actions

Shortcuts for the things you do most:

* Add a site
* Set up team monitoring
* Set up notifications
* View issues
* Run a quick on-demand check

Your plan and remaining monthly on-demand check quota decide which check shortcuts are available. All team members can run them when quota remains.

## A note on teams

Everything on the dashboard reflects your **current team**. If the numbers look off, check you're in the right team - switch from **Teams** or the team selector at any time.
