Creating or joining a team
You’ll need to verify your email first. After that, if you don’t already have a team and don’t have an invitation waiting, Sitepulse helps you create one. The Teams page is your home base for all of this - switch between teams, see who owns each one and how many members and sites it has, create a new team, or pick up a pending invitation. When you create a team, you set the team name and can upload a team avatar. The new team becomes available as a separate workspace with its own sites, checks, issues, monitoring settings, notifications, and billing.Roles
Sitepulse uses three practical access levels:Owner
Manage the team, billing, members, security, monitoring, notifications, sites, checks, and issues.
Admin
Manage team settings, members, monitoring, notifications, sites, checks, and issues.
Member
View team data, manage sites, run on-demand checks, and triage issues without managing team administration or billing.
Owners are the only users who can manage billing. Team deletion is owner-only.
Members and invitations
Admins and owners can invite members by email and choose a role.- An invitation can only be accepted by the email address it was sent to
- Pending invitations count toward the team’s seat limit
- Pending invitations can be revoked by users with member-management permission
- Invitees can decline their own invitations
- When a member’s role changes, Sitepulse emails that member so they know their access changed
